You never know what you might find when you check your Facebook page. Just the other day I had a message from Kelly Parks, a writer/producer at Unconventional Films, telling me about the web series Universal Dead. Kelly included the magic word “zombie”, so of course we checked it out, and here for you to check out also are the first three episodes!

Synopsis:
Planet Earth is ravaged by a strange disease that turns people into mindless murderers. As civilization struggles to survive, a small team of US Navy SEALs must protect a doctor from the Center for Disease Control on a mission to evaluate the claims of an erratic scientist who may have discovered the secret to mankind’s salvation.

The series is directed by Vernon Mortensen and stars D.B. Sweeney, Gary Graham, and Doug Jones.
