Since the third season of Netflix horror/sci-fi megahit Stranger Things is premiering on the streaming giant July 4th, 2019, it’s fitting that the poster features a sky full of fireworks. The teaser released on the series’ official Twitter account today, however, it.s enigmatic, bizarre, and—frankly disturbing! It’s captioned “It’s almost feeding time” and features a gang of rats swarming…

Are the rats eating or being eaten? Are they running towards something yummy or away from something sinister? It’s a strange juxtaposition to say the least!
The cast include Winona Ryder as Joyce Byers, David Harbour as Chief Jim Hopper, FinnWolfhard as Mike Wheeler, Noah Schnapp as Will Byers, Millie Bobby Brown as Eleven, Caleb McLaughlin as Lucas Sinclair, Gaten Matarazzo as Dustin Henderson, Cara Buono as Karen Wheeler, Natalia Dyer as Nancy Wheeler, Charlie Heaton as Jonathan Byers, Joe Keery as Steve Harrington, Dacre Montgomery as Billy, Sadie Sink as Max, and Priah Ferguson as Erica. Newcomers include Cary Elwes, Jake Busey, Maya Thurman-Hawke, and Francesca Reale.
