And the FANGORIA Chainsaw Award Goes To…

Most horror fans stopped watching the Oscars eons ago, as our beloved genre still struggles for the recognition it so obviously deserves (with very few exceptions, of course). Thankfully, the folks at Fangoria gave us an alternative to last night’s Academy Awards ceremony: The 2019 Chainsaw Awards! Toni Collette may have been robbed of an Oscar nod, but she scored big with Fango…

In fact, Hereditary was the evening’s biggest winner. Mandy and Suspiria also took home multiple Chainsaws, with Mike Flanagan’s highly addictive The Haunting of Hill House won for Best Series.
