Filmmaker Alex J. Mann has clearly been very busy as of late, because just a few short months after the release of his short film Retina, he’s already completed his next project, another short called Slay. Check it out in the player above.
Slay was directed by Mann, who wrote the screenplay alongside Shirley Miller, and stars Mikey Murphy and Kylie Rae. It focuses on a young woman who is obsessed with texting her neglectful boyfriend, although we soon learn that she has a few skeletons in the closet herself.
