Haunts have long been a great way to get your live-action horror kicks, especially around Halloween season; but Alex Lohmann’s Reindeer Manor has something else going for it in addition to scare-actors terrorizing their patrons… it’s actually haunted. This week we talk to Alex to find out what life is like when you own a haunted haunt!
Join us Wednesday, June 13, 2018, at 8:00PM PT/11:00PM ET for all the shenanigans fit to be had!
It’s radio without a safety net, kids. It’s Brainwaves: Horror and Paranormal Talk Radio.
Alex Lohmann is a 20-year veteran of the haunt industry with a history of acting, makeup, design, construction, and marketing. Along with his wife, Jen, Alex owns Reindeer Manor Halloween Park, which is going into its 45th season. In addition, they own When Hinges Creak, which is a spfx company specializing in haunted house and escape room decor, and also Haunt Stilts, which is an industry supplier of stilts. Alex is also an instructor in the industry and has taught on a wide range of topics from costuming to fire safety. In his spare time, rare as it is, Alex also collect funeral cars but mostly focuses each day on his work.
Spooky, funny, touching, honest, offensive, and at times completely random, Brainwaves airs live every Wednesday evening beginning at 8:00 PM Pacific Time (11:00 midnight Eastern Time) and runs about 3 hours per episode.
