Blumhouse’s HALLOWEEN Reshoots to Tweak Ending
Fittingly, this Halloween we will witness the return of Michael Myers via director David Gordon Green’s Blumhouse remake of John Carpenter’s Halloween. But before we get too excited, it looks like the film is heading back out for some reshoots.
Our buddies over at Bloody Disgusting learned that Green is getting back behind the camera to shoot additional scenes and “the agenda is to tweak the finale following a recent test screening (without getting into it, yes, it took place).”
Does this spell trouble for Blumhouse’s Halloween? Meh. Reshoots are a common thing these days so I’m not worried about it. What does interest me is the fact that the film has been test-screened.
