Bruce Campbell Teases the Death of Ash in Ash vs Evil Dead Season 3?

Starz’s “Ash vs Evil Dead“ isn’t getting the ratings it once did with this new third season. Too bad. And star Bruce Campbell is not too happy Evil Dead fans aren’t rallying around the series. But today he dropped a pretty massive hint at how this season may end.
While talking to Assignment X, Campbell was asked what we should know about this third season. He replied, “It may be game over for Ash. He is mortal. That’s it.”
So did Bruce Campbell just tease that Ash might meet his maker at the end of this season?! Would they do that? Could they do that? I guess we’ll have to watch and see…

S3 synopsis:
The third season finds Ash’s status in Elk Grove, Michigan has changed from murderous urban legend to humanity-saving hometown hero. When Kelly witnesses a televised massacre with Ruby’s fingerprints all over it, she returns with a new friend to warn Ash and Pablo that evil isn’t done with them yet. Blood is thicker than water in the battle of good vs Evil Dead!
