Boris Kodjoe Next to Get Retribution in Latest Resident Evil Film

Another actor has confirmed his involved with the latest Resident Evil flick, Resident Evil: Retribution, via the magic of Twitter; and as always we’re here to make the catch and deliver the goods for ya!

Boris Kodjoe, who played Luther West in the last film, dropped the following on fans today …

Ok, Resident Evil fans. [Milla Jovovich] and myself are up here in Toronto getting ready for RE5 More action than ever!!!

Here’s an early request … can we have a plot to go along with the action this time? Afterlife felt like the longest horror-themed music video ever made.

Kodjoe joins the also returning Milla Jovovich as Alice and Sienna Guillory as Jill Valentine. Colin Salmon is also back on board, and everyone’s ready to kick off this latest chapter, which has been written and will be directed by Paul Anderson.

Expect lots of bullets and Matrix-style slow motion. Look for Resident Evil: Retribution in theatres on September 14, 2012 from Screen Gems.
