Hot on the heels of its announcement of Piranha II: The Spawning on Blu-ray comes another surprise release on its way from Scream Factory… Robert Englund in Dance Macabre.

Can you ever have too many Robert Englund movies? Today we reveal another genre film he starred in that will be coming to Blu-ray for the first time next year: 1992’s DANCE MACABRE.
Michelle Zeitlin stars as Jessica, an American ballerina who reluctantly enrolls in a Russian dance academy, where she meets the charismatic choreographer Anthony (Englund). A dead ringer for Anthony’s long dead lover, Jessica becomes Anthony’s favorite student – and his personal obsession. But what should be the chance of a lifetime for Jessica becomes a living nightmare, as each of her fellow dancers is brutally murdered. From director Greydon Clark (Without Warning, The Return).
