On tap right now we have the second trailer for the new horror flick starring Bill Moseley, Crepitus! Go ahead… focus your peepers!

From the Press Release:
Pennywise isn’t the only clown in town. Ginger Knight Entertainment is in the final stages of post-production for Crepitus, starring Bill Moseley (Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2, House of 1000 Corpses, The Devil’s Rejects) and directed by Haynze Whitmore.

This is Haynze Whitmore’s directorial debut for a feature film and was shot entirely in Cheboygan, MI. Crepitus is expected to be released this fall.

Crepitus also stars Chalet Brannan as Sam, Eve Mauro as Brandi (mom), Caitlin Williams as Eli (in her feature film debut), executive producer Lance Paul as Sheriff Jed, Darren Barcomb as Deputy Camden, and Johnny Stevenson as Deputy Blake.

The screenplay was written by Eddie and Sarah Renner.

Fourteen years after Bill Moseley starred as Otis in Rob Zombie’s House of 1000 Corpses alongside Sid Haig, who played the iconic Captain Spaulding, it is now Bill’s turn to take the reins as a clown… this time as an immortal, child-eating clown named Crepitus.

Synopsis:
Seventeen-year-old Elizabeth and her younger sister, Sam, are thrust into circumstances more terrifying than life with their abusive, drunken mother when they are forced to move into their deceased grandfather’s house. Frightened beyond belief, they learn horrible things about their family history. Never mind the ghosts in the house; there is something far worse that takes an interest in them… a cannibalistic clown named Crepitus.
