Dread Central Salutes The 2011 Saturn Award Winners!

If you follow the horror genre at all, then you know that winning a Saturn Award is akin to taking home Oscar gold (since horror is generally overlooked by the Academy Awards, this year notwithstanding), and the prestige of taking home that golden symbol of all that is great about our beloved genre is an achievement that is definitely worth celebrating.
Last Thursday evening, June 23rd, the 37th Annual Saturn Awards were held in Burbank, California, and while we’ve already reported on who the winners for the night were, we here at Dread Central felt like we needed to do a little more.
DC’s own Brian Dreads put together a tribute video to the winners of the evening that also serves as an entertaining look back at all the best the horror and sci-fi genres had to offer over the last year.
