Severin Films has announced a VOD release date of June 30th for their controversial yet award-winning dark comedy Bag Boy Lover Boy (review). The film follows a hot dog vendor who becomes the subject of a photographer. This leads him down a path of learning how to take photographs of his own, a hobby that isn’t as innocent as it initially sounds…

Synopsis:
A slow-witted misfit named Albert sells hot dogs all night from the most unsanitary food cart in downtown Manhattan. But when he’s invited to become the new model for a manipulative fetish photographer, Albert will be exposed to a seething city underbelly where desire masquerades as perversion and depravity poses as art. It may shock you. You might even be appalled. But you have never seen anything quite like BAG BOY LOVER BOY.
