Original Fangoria Scribe, Uncle Bob Martin, in Need of Assistance

If you were a Fangoria reader from the very beginning of the heralded magazine’s life then you are more than acquainted with the outspoken Uncle Bob Martin. Martin paved the way for horror fans and writers bringing a legitimacy to the genre.
Like Forest J Ackerman, if it weren’t for Bob there wouldn’t have been any Tony Timpones, Ryan Tureks, Chas Baluns, Michael Gingolds, or Brad Miskas. There certainly would not have been a yours truly. Many years ago Martin suffered a stroke which left him disabled. Now, he’s back in the hospital with absolutely no way to pay for his mounting medical bills.
As a result, a GoFundMe page has been set up for Bob, and if you can spare the cash we highly encourage you to lend a hand. Get well soon, Bob! We’re pulling for you!
