Famed Cinematographer Takes on The Predator
We’re all insanely excited for Shane Black’s The Predator to begin its theatrical hunt, and now we have even more fodder for our giddy cannon. SlashFilm is reporting that Larry Fong (300, Watchmen, Sucker Punch, Super 8, Kong: Skull Island) has joined Black’s crew as the cinematographer so at the very least we know this flick will look amazing!
Details for the film are being kept firmly under wraps. Look for The Predator in theaters on February 9, 2018.
In The Predator, which will be rated R, Olivia Munn is playing a scientist opposite Boyd Holbrook’s Special Forces commando. That’s about all we know thus far other than the proposed release date.
Black is directing from a script by Fred Dekker. John Davis, Joel Silver, and Lawrence Gordon — who produced the original — are producing.
