With a few exceptions such as 1977’s The Uncanny starring Peter Cushing, there just aren’t enough evil cat films these days. I know it’s hard to believe that such benign animals can really be harboring evil intentions, but the trailer for Scott Frazelle’s upcoming Moggy Creatures gives us an insight into how a mouse must feel right below one of our feline friends rips it to pieces.

Genre faves Michael Moon (Day of the Dead 2 : Contagium) and Sadie Katz (House of Bad, Blood Feast) play Michael and Anna, a troubled couple who take in a stray cat hoping to rebuild their marriage, only to have the pregnant animal spawn evil monsters!
