Gamescom 2016: Metal Gear Survive Brings Zombies to the Series

Many people predicted that the Metal Gear series would go to shit after Konami dropped creator Hideo Kojima, and I’m tempted to say that the predictions were right. But let’s give Metal Gear Survive a chance. The new entry in the series was announced at Gamescom, and well… it has zombies in it. Which seems like a blatant attempt to shoehorn in something that has has proven to be popular in the West to ensure that the game sells more copies.
Anyway, the game is set after the events of MGS V, with the remaining members of Militaires Sans Frontières being trapped in an alternate dimension filled with the living dead.
