Fall Premiere Dates Set for Supernatural and The Vampire Diaries
The CW has set its fall premiere schedule, launching its fifth broadcast season, and we’ve got the skinny on when you can see the return of the two genre favorites carried by the network: “The Vampire Diaries” and “Supernatural”.
We’re still not 100% on board with the shift of “Supernatural” to Fridays, but here are the debut dates:
On Thursday, September 9, the network’s #1 show, “The Vampire Diaries” (8:00-9:00 p.m. ET/PT), returns for a second season and leads into new action-drama series “Nikita” (9:00-10:00 p.m. ET/PT).
On Friday, September 24, “Smallville” (8:00-9:00 p.m. ET/PT) kicks-off its tenth and final season, followed by the sixth season of “Supernatural” (9:00-10:00 p.m. ET/PT).
