Because September was Box of Dread‘s “Cannibals” month featuring Leatherface and other cannibal items (read all about the items in Box of Dread’s September Box), we are now giving away The Texas Chain Saw Massacre Box Set featuring the Black Maria as our September Box of Dread “Selfie” contest!
If this looks familiar, that’s because we gave this box set away as a Seventh Box back in November 2014!
The entry deadline for this “Selfie” contest is October 9th, 11:59pm ET/ 9pm PT (the same deadline as Box of Dread signups), so that all active acolytes will have a chance to enter! Follow these instructions to enter the contest:
1) Post a “Selfie” of yourself with any item from the Box of Dread’s September Box. If you’re shy, take the pic with your pet, a toy figure, a poster, or anything with a face.
2) Post the pic on our Box of Dread Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/BoxOfDread) or on your Instagram account.
3) THIS IS IMPORTANT – Tag the “selfie” with #BoxOfDread, #Selfie and #Leatherface. If you use a different name/handle on FB, message us your name on Facebook so that we can find your Box of Dread subscription account.
4) Deadline will be Wednesday, October 9th, at 11:59pm ET/ 9pm PT! We’ll announce the winners on the Box of Dread Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/BoxOfDread) shortly thereafter.
