IFC's Midnigh Movie Summer of Horrors!IFC Films has quickly become one of horror’s best friends by picking up lots of really good properties that otherwise would have struggled and giving them theatrical and on-demand releases, making them easily accessible to us blood-hungry fans.

To make things even easier for you guys (because we love you so), we’ve compiled a complete listing of what they’ve got cooking horror-wise from now into October! Dig it!

Before the Fall — On Demand: 7.22.09–10.27.09
What would you do if the world was going to end in 72 hours? A giant meteorite is about to collide with Earth. The planet is gripped by despair and chaos. The inhabitants of the little town of Laguna listen to the news in terror. Ale, a frustrated young man who lives with his mother and works at doing odd jobs, decides to spend his last days shut away, getting drunk and listening to his favorite music. But his plans change when he is forced to help his mother, Rosa, to protect his brother Tomas’ four children when Lucio, an ambiguous, disturbing stranger appears.

Tommy Wirkola's Dead SnowDead Snow — In Theaters: NOW // On Demand through 9.1.09
The group of friends had all they would need for a successful Easter vacation; cabin, skis, snowmobile, toboggan, copious amounts of beer and a fertile mix of the sexes. Certainly, none of them had anticipated not returning home alive! Fear Me Not — On Demand through 9.08.09
When Michael hears about a clinical trial for a new anti-depressant, he signs up on a whim. Unfortunately, the pills turn out to have serious side effects and the trial is abandoned. Michael refuses to give up his new-found sense of calm and self control which the pills have provided, so he decides to continue the experiment on his own. Intoxicated by his immediate success, Michael feels an urge to take control of other people’s lives as well. Slowly, his psychological games grow more drastic, until Michael makes a discovery which forces him to view his actions in a terrifying new light.

I Sell The Dead — In Theaters: 8.14.09 // On Demand: 8.12.09–11.10.09
Body snatchers Arthur Blake and Willie Grimes have pillaged their last grave. With just five hours before Arthur follows Willie to the chopping block, he recounts his life story to Fr. Francis Duffy. PontypoolPontypool — On Demand through 8.25.09
Shock jock Grant Mazzy has, once again, been kicked-off the Big City airwaves and now the only job he can get is the early morning show at CLSY Radio in the small town of Pontypool which broadcasts from the basement of the small town’s only church. What begins as another boring day of school bus cancellations, due to yet another massive snow storm, quickly turns deadly. Bizarre reports start piling in of people developing strange speech patterns and evoking horrendous acts of violence. But there’s nothing coming in on the news wires. So… is this really happening? Before long, Grant and the small staff at CLSY find themselves trapped in the radio station as they discover that this insane behavior taking over the town is being caused by a deadly virus being spread through the English language itself. The Skeptic — On Demand through 7.28.09
Following the mysterious death of his aunt, power lawyer Bryan Becket (Tim Daly) moves into the elderly woman’s purportedly haunted Victorian mansion. A die hard skeptic, he dismisses one eerie incident after another, until the haunting turns so personal and vicious, Becket’s cool, unemotional veneer begins to unravel. Whispers in the night, things he sees in the darkness, clues of a horrible secret, turn our rationalist into a terrified and reluctant seeker. A seeker of a truth so unspeakable it could destroy him. And the mystery, always just out of reach down the darkened hall, is not fully revealed until the film’s final moments. And even then, it leaves a tantalizing question.

The Uninvited — On Demand: 7.8.09-10.13.09
A young woman’s nightmarish past returns to trigger off a bizarre phobia she was once cured of; an intense fear of space, eased only by closeness to walls. She becomes a psychological survivalist when her remote house suddenly becomes a spiritual battleground, as evil forces gather to torture her during a night of terror.
