Spanish Slasher Film Red Summer Teased With a Trailer
Slasher films have begun to make a comeback this year, and after so many years of paranormal entities and found footage horrors, that’s pretty damn exciting. Spanish filmmaker Carles Jofre takes part in the resurgence with Red Summer (Verano Rojo), and on tap today is the teaser trailer.

Written and directed by Jofre, the slasher stars Inés Pálmer, Juanan Cruz, Aina Zuazaga, Daniel Salom, Carlos Poyal, Gaspar Alemany, Guiem Juaneda, Dominic Hull, and Simón Andreu.
Synopsis:
Four youngsters who arrive in Mallorca to enjoy their idyllic holidays. Searching for the sunny beach and enjoyment, they’ll end up finding themselves in the most inhospitable wilderness. That is the beginning of an infernal journey.
