Blackout Ball Wants to Throw the Party to End All Parties

Writer/director Brendan Takash believes that medium-length films are the future of cinema, and he’s hoping that his upcoming horror effort Blackout Ball will prove his theory. However, if you want this film to succeed, you’re gonna have to toss some scratch at his Indiegogo account.
According to the official campaign page, the film is an an exploration of the binge-drinking culture of today’s generation. What fuels this, and what are the consequences? However, Takash promises that the finished product will be packed with an abundance of blood and guts.
Check out the film’s complete synopsis.
To celebrate their expulsion, college students Morris and Jake decide to throw one last campus-wide rager. They rent out an abandoned frat house, one stained with a brutal history of hazings and suicides. But what a deal on rent!
While prepping for the party, they stumble across an unmarked bottle. Mistaking it for liquor, they take shots – and find themselves possessed by a spirit inhabiting the house. The spirit wants just one thing: to feed on passed-out party guests. Blessed with the ability to drink endlessly, Morris and Jake will have no choice but to party hard and punish anyone who can’t keep up.
So please, bring your friends to Blackout Ball. Keep drinking – but don’t pass out! You might never wake up again.
Here’s where you come in: If Blackout Ball sounds utterly fantastic, then shake some cold, hard cash out of your bank account and toss directly it into the flick’s Indiegogo campaign. All the filmmakers need is $5,000 to bring their 60-minute horror tale to life. However, should you decide to send the gang a cool $1 million, you’ll get one of the coolest perks on the planet:
You’re a God, and you know it. We know it. We’re carrying you into HISTORIC Milwaukee, Wisconsin, for 3 nights of luxury. How will you be carried? RICKSHAW. You will be carried via rickshaw by the cast/crew wherever and WHENever you want to go. Have you ever been fed grapes and whiskey on a rickshaw in a strip club? This is YOUR OPPORTUNITY.
