We love clever viral marketing around here, and it doesn’t get much more clever than this. Fox 2000 Pictures and Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Pictures have just announced a partnership with realty site Trulia.com in anticipation of the upcoming supernatural thriller Poltergeist!
