Twilight Saga News: Two New Character Figures; New Moon Up for Multiple Razzies

Fans of The Twilight Saga: New Moon might be a little disheartened after today’s announcement of the Razzie Awards nominations, but since we know nothing cheers you up like playing with your toys, we thought we’d pass on some better news: The Tonner Doll Company has two new Twilight Character Figures to add to your collections.

First things first, though. Vying for Razzies are Robert Pattinson as Worst Supporting Actor for New Moon and his co-star Kristen Stewart for Worst Screen Couple paired with EITHER Pattinson or Taylor “Whatz-His-Fang” (i.e., Lautner). Melissa Rosenberg’s screenplay is also in the running, but somehow New Moon itself managed to avoid a Worst Picture nod, instead landing in the Worst Remake, Rip-Off, or Sequel category.

Anyway, back to the toys! Both are Amazon exclusives and are described as follows on Tonner’s website:

Twilight Edward Cullen: This 17-inch lifelike doll is sculpted from fine-quality vinyl and hard plastic with rooted saran hair and hand-painted facial features. Edward wears a white buttoned shirt and black suit from his prom date with Bella. He also comes with a wristband with a metallic pendant.
