‘House On Eden’ Interview: Kris Collins and Celina Myers Talk Moving From TikTok To Horror Movies

Kris Collins (aka CallMeKris), Celina Myers (aka CelinaSpookyBoo), and Jason-Christopher Mayer are no strangers to the paranormal. Between Collins’ and Myers’ successful TikTok channels and their fan-favorite ghost-hunting YouTube videos, the trio of friends has navigated the spooky and supernatural for years. Now, they’re entering the world of found footage with their feature film debut, House On Eden, which Collins wrote and directed, and Myers and Mayer produced. Plus, all three are the film’s sole stars, navigating a strange house in the middle of the woods.

Paranormal investigators Kris, Celina, and their videographer Jay expect the usual scares when they set out on their latest case. But after being mysteriously rerouted to an abandoned house deep in the woods, they find themselves facing a force unlike anything they’ve encountered before. As the night spirals into chaos, missing crew members and eerie phenomena hint at an ancient, malevolent presence watching their every move.
We spoke with Collins, Myers, and Mayer about crafting their found footage nightmare, utilizing Super 8 film, and how they accomplished that ending.
