I Have New ‘Evil Dead Burn’ Images, and You’re Gonna Wanna See These…

Evil Dead Burn is set to ignite theaters next week, and today Warner Bros. and New Line Cinema sent over a brand-new batch of officially released stills from director Sébastien Vaniček‘s latest chapter in the legendary franchise that Sam Raimi launched back in 1981.
As expected, the studio is still keeping most of the film’s biggest surprises under lock and key, but these new images continue to tease just how grotesque, relentless, and brutally violent this latest trip into Deadite territory is going to be.
The new stills offer glimpses of everything from the family’s relationships before the nightmare begins to the absolute carnage that follows. There are blood-soaked confrontations, vicious Deadite attacks, smashed faces, severed limbs, and enough grisly imagery to make it abundantly clear that nobody is getting out of this one without a fight.
If the trailers are any indication, Sébastien Vaniček looks to be leaning hard into the franchise’s signature blend of inventive gore, suffocating tension, and full-throttle chaos. That’s exactly what I want from an Evil Dead movie.
Check out the new gallery below.
Evil Dead Burn opens exclusively in theaters on July 10. Until then, these latest images should do a pretty good job of holding fans over. After all, if the Evil Dead series has taught us anything over the last four decades, it’s that when the Necronomicon shows up, somebody’s going to be dead by dawn.
