Seems that Ghost House Underground is serious about its horror, if the company's initial lineup (which includes the monster horror movie Dark Floors, among others) is any indication, and today they’ve announced two more titles for direct-to-DVD release.

Ghost House Underground
The Tattooist Comes Home
We've seen horror come in many forms over the years. The living dead, psychopathic killers, nature-run-amok, etc., but now Ghost House Underground is set to unleash a new type of terror on June 26th with its latest DVD feature, The Tattooist.

Ghost House Goes Underground
What strikes me most funny about this article is the reference in the very first line to “the booming horror genre”. Like horror’s never made money before? Like it’s this newly discovered method of getting a lot for a little?

Dark Floors Site Live
I really can’t wait to see if the upcoming horror movie staring Finish monsters Lordi, Dark Floors, is worth all the attention we’ve been piling on it so far. I mean, it’s nowhere near a U.S. release date and we’re talking about it at least once a week. I guess I’m just a sucker for monsters.

Scoring For Blood
Since most of you aren’t filmmakers (well, these days who really knows...), I will let you in on a bit of the magic of moviemaking: The score is usually the last thing done on any film, big or small. It only makes sense to get the music to work with the final cut of the film, and usually it’s the final tweak that can make a movie go from "okay" to "wow!"
