A very cool surprise showed up in our inbox a few minutes ago: the first look at Craig Singer’s Perkins' 14, the first film to be made utilizing all the wondrous tools of our interwebs.

This January 2009, the new After Dark Films Horrorfest rolls into theaters with a new selection of films and for the first time ever will feature a horror made specifically for the fest! Nomad was on hand at Comic Con with the new Miss Horrorfest when she did some signings at the After Dark booth, and you can get your first look at the new Horrorfest poster because of it.

Well, things are moving along nicely for Craig (Dark Ride) Singer's next experiment with After Dark Films, the Horrorfest entry Perkins' 14. A recent casting call on Massify, where the film had its origins, has yeilded the primary leads for the horror film, which will be a part of the upcoming 8 Films to Die For.

After Dark Films is shedding its skin as the company prepares to start producing and distributing its own horror films. The first two features to come out of this new development will be Perkins' 14 and Faithless.
