What If Fisher Price Made Toys of Horror Icons?

Ah, the Fisher Price Adventure People. Remember those toys? Most of us played with them as children, and their place in toy history simply cannot be overstated. Originally released in the 70s, Adventure People was the very first 3-3/4″ action figure line to hit North America – predating G.I. Joe by over a decade!

But we’re not here to talk about the history of a Fisher Price toy line. No, that’d be pretty boring, and we’re not all that interested in boring you guys. Especially not at a time like this, when you’re expecting fun Halloween treats. Am I right?

What we’ve got in store for you today is indeed a Halloween treat, as it’s just come to our attention that Canada-based artist Phil Postma is turning horror icons into Fisher Price-inspired Adventure People toys. Yep, that’s right. Freddy, Jason, Leatherface, and Michael have crashed the party, and they’re bringing some victims along with them.

Check out the full line of faux toys below, and head over to Phil Postma’s Minion Factory for more fun goodies!
