James Mannan Wants To Haunt You This Halloween
We first heard of James Mannan back in 2009 in connection with his short film Wannabe, and now he's returned with To Haunt You, a new feature that's being released on Halloween day by Liberty or Death Productions.
From the Press Release:
Liberty or Death Productions is proud to announce that our feature horror/suspense film To Haunt You will be released on DVD on Halloween, October 31, 2013. Written and directed by James Mannan, To Haunt You is the story of a college coed named Jill who has recently broken up with her boyfriend of the past few months. Strange things begin to happen: The phone keeps ringing but there's no one there, she sees strange messages on her TV screen, and a strange teenage girl is observing her home. Is it all a campaign of harassment by her ex boyfriend--or is it something more?
To Haunt You features Emily McMillen in the role of Jill, Patrick Cavanagh (Maybe Tomorrow) as ex-boyfriend Greg, Lisa DeMumbrum, Chris Cook, Scott Ganyo (Three Tears on Bloodstained Flesh), Eric Bryant, and Ellen Brock in the role of "Penny". Producers are James Mannan and Robbin Panet; music by Kevin McLeod, Buzz Kimball, and Chris Cook; stunt coordination by Eric Bryant; and special makeup effects by Alan Lashbrook.
Writer/director James Mannan's credits include the short films Wannabe (2009), Death Do Us Part (2012), and this year's Mercy, the latter two released as part of Jabb Pictures "Collective" series. To Haunt You has been selected by multiple film festivals including Gen Con 2012 and the upcoming Days of the Dead, Chicago.
The To Haunt You DVD release will include the full unrated cut of the film and a host of extras including deleted scenes, a behind-the-scenes vignette, photo gallery, and more.
