This past weekend saw “The Strain” tackle a siege-themed episode reminiscent of Assault on Precinct 17. What’s in store for us in Episode 1.09, “The Disappeared”? These stills and preview should offer a few clues.

The ensemble cast of “The Strain” is comprised of Corey Stoll, Mia Maestro, Sean Astin, Kevin Durand, Natalie Brown, Jonathan Hyde, Richard Sammel, Robert Maillet, Jack Kesy, Ben Hyland, Miguel Gomez, and David Bradley.

“The Strain” Episode 1.09 – “The Disappeared” (airs 9/7/14, 10PM)
Eph (Stoll) races to safeguard his family, only to learn that Kelly (Brown) is missing. Dutch (Ruta Gedmintas) reveals her role in Palmer’s (Hyde) plan, and Gus (Gomez) is forced to make a difficult decision about Felix (Pedro Miguel Arce). Teleplay by Regina Corrado; directed by Charlotte Sieling.
