Contagion Spreads to Home Video

If you missed out on Contagion when it was in theatres, here's your chance to right that wrong. It really doesn't get much more frightening and real than this, kids, and early next year the sickness spreads its way home.

Contagion follows the rapid progress of a lethal airborne virus that kills within days. As the fast-moving epidemic grows, the worldwide medical community races to find a cure and control the panic that spreads faster than the virus itself. At the same time ordinary people struggle to survive in a society coming apart.

Warner Home Video has announced DVD and Blu-ray/DVD combo releases of Contagion, which stars Matt Damon, Gwyneth Paltrow, Jude Law, and Kate Winslet. Each will be available to own from January 3rd. The only extra material on the DVD release will be a Contagion: How a Virus Changes the World featurette. We're still awaiting confirmation on Blu-ray extra features.
