Milla Jovovich Offers Even More Resident Evil: Retribution Details

Milla Jovovich plus her Twitter account equals a Resident Evil film franchise's best friend. That's right, kids! Some more news on the upcoming Resident Evil: Retribution has been dished via Alice herself.

First she dropped a couple of plot details: "Chris, Claire and K-mart have been captured by Umbrella," and she also added: "We will have the Las Plagas parasite," referring to the new creatures found in the later entries in the game.

Also, she cleared up some casting rumors and returning characters news. First and foremost Jensen Ackles has NOT been cast in the film as Leon Kennedy. However, Milla did confirm that Leon, Ada Wong and Barry are characters we will see pop up in the film.

Written and directed by Paul Anderson, Resident Evil: Retribution stars Milla Jovovich, Boris Kodjoe, Sienna Guillory, and Colin Salmon.

Expect lots of bullets and Matrix-style slow motion. Look for Resident Evil: Retribution in theatres on September 14, 2012 from Screen Gems.
