Rest in Peace - Len Lesser

Len LesserAnother one of television's greatest character actors has been claimed and is no longer with us. While today's generation may know him primarily as Seinfeld's Uncle Leo, generations of fans will remember him from so much more.

According to The Hollywood Reporter Len Lesser died Wednesday in Burbank of pneumonia related to cancer. He was 88.

Over his incredible six-decade career, which amounts to more than 500 appearances on film, television and the stage, Len has appeared on many staples of genre television including "The Ghost Busters", "The Munsters", "The Outer Limits", "Alfred Hitchcock Presents", "Land of the Giants", "Kolchak: The Night Stalker", and many more.

At this time we here at Dread Central would like to take a moment to offer our sincerest condolences to Lesser's friends, family, and constituents. Thank you for your dedication to the entertainment industry and for all the laughs and scares you provided along your very long road.
