Some casting news coming out of AFM for Kimble Rendall's Bait 3D, which is currently in production. Ready to find out exactly who has been chumming the waters? Wait no more!
Xavier Samuel (Twilight: Eclipse, The Loved Ones), Julian McMahon (Red, Fantastic Four, Faces in the Crowd), Sharni Vinson (Step Up 3D, Blue Crush 2), Phoebe Tonkin (Tomorrow When the War Began), Martin Sacks, Alice Parkinson (Sanctum), Alexander Russell (Wasted on the Young), Qi Yuwu, Adrian Pang, Lincoln Lewis, and Damien Garvey will all star.
Synopsis
"In a sleepy beach community shoppers at an underground supermarket are terrorized by a crazed bandit when the unimaginable occurs:
A monstrous freak tsunami swallows the town.
Now trapped, with rushing water threatening to entomb them in a watery grave the survivors discover they are not alone.
The tsunami has brought unwanted visitors from the depths. Not only must they overcome the threat of drowning and the predator within their midst, but a threat far more deadly and far more bloodthirsty - packs of hungry tiger sharks."

Samuel was great in The Loved Ones -- glad to see him sticking close the genre aside from the Twilight stuff he's doing. Maybe he'll even bring a few of his teeny-bopper fans over to the dark side.

Or possibly he will release his Twilight sex tape, showing the cast and crew taking turns jizzing all over the script and laughing about the idiots who pay to watch teenybopper garbage.
