Bloody Cuts’ Scarecrows Feature Film Announcement Premature

Over the weekend news broke that the good folks over at the UK’s Bloody Cuts would be venturing into feature film land with a project named Scarecrows. While that is great news, it didn’t sound right to us so we did a little digging…
We contacted over buddies across the pond to get the skinny, and here’s what they had to say:
“It’s actually a little bit of false info to be honest. There is some truth in that we’ve written a script called Scarecrows (in fact, we’ve written lots of scripts!) and that it’s being looked at for production for next year. If it goes ahead, it’ll be a co-production between MFX, us and two other partners. But it’s a little way off, and that article was way too premature.”
