So what’s the tally thus far? A really awful trailer that was followed by really awful stills. Is it any wonder that the official one-sheet for Fox’s Vampires Suck follows suit? I mean really.
Check out the artwork from the flick coming to us from Twentieth Century Fox and Jason Friedberg and Aaron Seltzer, the duo behind such recent “classics” as Disaster Movie, Epic Movie, Date Movie, and the dreaded Meet the Spartans below.
Oh, damned bit of cinema suckage … I still cannot wait until Foy gets his hands on you.
Synopsis:
Vampires Suck is a comedy about contemporary teen angst and romance movies. Becca, an anxious, non-vampire teen, is torn between two boys. Before she can choose, Becca must get around her controlling father, who embarrasses Becca by treating her like a child. Meanwhile, Becca’s friends contend with their own romantic issues – all of which collide at the prom.
According to Box Office Mojo the flick is still on track for its Wednesday(!?!) release date of August 18th.
