RISK Offers A Farewell To Braaaaaaaaaiiiiiiiiins With New Zombie Faction

In May EA announced that this summer there will be a new member to the ever-growing, ever-popular zombie genre launching on Xbox LIVE Arcade, and it's called RISK: Factions.

A militia of brain-starved zombies led by Colonel Claus Von Stiffenberg (stop giggling) will also join the previously announced armies of humans, cats, and robots in the imminent battle for world domination…but that's not all!

Just like any game of RISK, terrain elements play a factor, and the fourth faction of this board game's digital remake is no different. Players will squeal with unbridled glee as they discover new maps that can enhance/complicate their strategic position and generals with the ability to flood enemies out, avoiding nuclear fallout and controlling missile silos to gain the upper hand.

Holy shit, right?

In the latest trailer we check in with robot faction leader Commandant SixFour as he attempts to fend off the overwhelming human and feline opposition with some unconventional weaponry -- and finds that he's bit off a little more than he can chew.

Quick! Show me your 'war face' and meet me on the XBLA battlefield this summer!

Braiiiiiins!

I'm a Risk fanatic and zombies or not this sounds like an abomination. Classic Risk is all I need.
