Geena Davis Talks Beetlejuice Sequel

Though it's not really news, star Geena Davis has mused a little bit recently about a possible sequel to one of the most beloved horror comedies ever, Beetlejuice. Lord knows we're pretty sure fans everywhere would rather have a sequel than a remake!

In an interview with Moviehole Davis dropped the following tasty tidbit on fans -- "I would do that!" says Davis of a sequel. "Thing is, do ghosts age? Wouldn't we be stuck in the age we were? Alec [Baldwin] and I would have to look as we did then - who knows, maybe we could? I better get in touch with Tim Burton."

Good luck, Geena. Seems like lately everyone wants to get in touch with Tim Burton. Who knows if this man even sleeps! As for the aging thing ... CGI, baby! It worked for Xavier and Magneto! Guess we'll just have to wait and see.

I'd love it if they did make one, but I ain't holding my breath, either. It'll probably never happen.

She built up enough sexy credits to last her awhile. I find older actresses much hotter than the young ones today who can't act their way out of a wet paper bag.

Well lord knows Geena and Michael Keaton could use the work right now! And Burton IS rehashing a lot of material these days so I could see a sequel happening.
