Elizabeth Banks to Head Out into the Dark Fields?
We've been big fans of Elizabeth Banks ever since her role in Slither (we'll just pretend that The Uninvited never happened), and so we're kind of stoked that there's a good chance she'll be returning to our genre really soon!
Coming Soon reports that Banks is deep in talks to star opposite Bradley Cooper in Neil Burger's time bender Dark Fields.
"The film, based on the book by Alan Glynn, follows a down-and-out writer (Cooper) who gets his hands on a top-secret pharmaceutical drug that makes one smarter. He experiences sudden financial and social success but soon discovers that the drug has lethal and lasting side effects. Before long, mysterious antagonists are pursuing him."
Look for more soon, and order the book below to brush up on the source material.
