Meat Loaf. The enigma who’s brought killer tigers to horror movies and buoyant man boobs to Fight Club is now ready to overcome his most gigantic obstacle… Stage Fright. Well, okay, not really, but we love sounding dramatic.
Variety reports that “Big Love” actor Douglas Smith is set to star opposite Meat Loaf (aka Michael Lee Aday) in the indie Stage Fright. Jerome Sable is helming from a script he wrote about a teen who lands a role in a Broadway-bound show. Her joy disappears when the production is terrorized by a masked killer.
Could Mr. Loaf be the killer? He would do anything for love, you know. Then, like a bat out of hell, he’ll be gone when the morning comes.
