New Stills from Being Human Series 2
Series 2 of Being Human debuts on BBC Three this Sunday, January 10th, and to celebrate the occasion, a new batch of stills has been released.
You can see four of them below; Den of Geek has the rest, which you can view by clicking the link or any of the photos. But first, here's a quick synopsis of the new season and Episode 1:
Comedy-drama series about three twenty-something housemates trying to live normal lives, despite struggling with unusual afflictions - one is a werewolf, one is a vampire, and the other is a ghost. They face a human threat in the form of the mysterious Professor Jaggat and the cold-hearted Kemp. Jaggat and Kemp are fundamentalist Christians who have discovered the existence of vampires, werewolves, and ghosts - and are determined to destroy them or carry out brutal experiments upon them. They believe that vampires are the Devil incarnate and must be destroyed; that werewolves contain an evil gene that can be removed by violent scientific experiments; and that ghosts must be forced over to the other side whether they like it or not.
Ep 1: Two strangers arrive in Bristol to torment Mitchell and George. Nina is wrestling with troubles of her own, while Annie decides to get a job in the real world. George struggles to deal with his murder of Herrick.

When you think of Ethan Hawke, I can almost guarantee that you wouldn’t necessarily associate him with the horror genre. But that’s one thing the seasoned thespian (Hawke stays busy both on the big screen as well as in the theater) is about to change this Friday when Daybreakers gets released.

Season 1 was excellent...Does anybody know when S2 is debuting on BBC America? I haven't been able to find that info out yet...

No word yet on the Stateside release, but it certainly won't be until after the entire 8 episodes have aired in the UK so I'm guessing sometime in spring/summer 2010.

This is a great series, can't wait for S2. Excellent characters and situations and quite the good make-up & effects as well.
