San Diego Comic-Con 2012: True Blood and Game of Thrones Panel Dates Announced

As someone who stood in line several hours last year for the “Game of Thrones” Comic-Con panel and still didn’t make it inside, this latest bit of news concerning when presentations for both that show and “True Blood” will be held gives me hope that this year might be different.

Per EW, “Game of Thrones” will be presented in the king-sized Hall H for the first time, an honor that typically goes to movies and, very occasionally, giant TV shows like ABC’s “Lost” and The CW’s “Supernatural”. The “Thrones” panel will take place on Friday, July 13th, and the “True Blood” panel will take place on Saturday, July 14th, in Ballroom 20.

No other details have been provided such as the exact times and the participants, but considering we’re less than a month away from the big show, look for that info – and lots more – soon!
