The Host 2 Becomes a Video Game

The Host 2, it seems, has been lingering in pre-production for an eternity. And while today’s story yields another one of those, “yep, it’s coming … eventually” type of updates, there’s also some cool news about an interactive adaptation of the perpetually upcoming sequel.
Twitch writes that this The Host 2 videogame will be a multi-platform FPS project (including mobile, console, and PC) with mutant humanoids graced with superhuman skills. As for the film, the script is still in progress, and an announcement regarding director and cast will be made by the end of the year.
It’s hard to say what the above premise has to do with The Host (especially since the sequel’s script is still being written), but stay tuned; we’ll keep you in the loop.
