Teaser Trailer and Exclusive Images for Camera Obscura

Here at Dread Central those of us old enough to remember the goodness that was "The Odd Couple" television series are all HUGE fans of Jack Klugman. And though he hasn't ventured into our genre all that often, all I can say is better late than never!

MWG Entertainment will soon be premiering the new web series "Camera Obscura" directed by Drew Daywalt of Fewdio Productions, which will (according to the press release) feature a ton of ghoulish creatures. Ghoulish creatures and Jack Klugman? Yep, we're in!

"Camera Obscura" is a supernatural thriller that follows a young woman, Clara, and her relationship with her reclusive grandfather (Klugman), a grizzled LAPD crime scene photographer. When he passes away, Clara soon discovers there was more to his life than she ever could have imagined. Quickly realizing the world is on a desperate precipice between reality and a nightmare dreamscape where unimaginable creatures freely walk the earth, she must finish her grandfather's quest before hell breaks loose.

Though not a direct adaptation, video game fans of the series Fatal Frame, which featured a camera called the Camera Obscura that was used to fend off ghosts, will find themselves right at home.
