Those interested in submitting their films can do so until September 16, 2009. It's not just vampires that the festival is featuring; also welcome are zombies, werewolves, witches, and ghosts. Films of all lengths are invited, especially those that emphasize the grotesque, mysterious, or desolate. In addition, the festival is holding a trailer contest on its own YouTube channel. Interested participants can vote on their favorite trailers, which will be shown at the festival. The film festival is scheduled for New Orleans on October 23rd through 26th, 2009.
