Interesting Images from Halloween 2
With the debut of the new extended trailer for Rob Zombie's Halloween II came some really insane blink-and-you've-missed-it imagery. For instance -- Was that Michael's gaping head wound we just saw? Did we really just see Laurie (Compton) dressed AND KILLING in the young Michael clown get-up? Yes, you may not have realized it, but you've seen it all.
Below you'll find seven stills we've taken from the trailer. Some of these moments were seen for like a tenth of a second. Now you can totally drink them in. Click on the images below to see a larger version of each.
Does Laurie join her brother in killing in this one? Was this just a nightmare? After you've checked out the extended trailer and dug on the images, let us know what you think by commenting below! Look for the film in theatres August 28th!

I'm surprised nobody has mentioned that the film also owes a stylistic debt to Natural Born Killers. Hell since she's probably the one killing everybody it makes a lot of sense really. Man I have no hope for this one anymore but god damnit I'll be paying to see it opening night. Damn me.

It seems to me that Rob is using more and more of the og series...
The brother/sister angle, the hospital scene, giant, super strong and now undead Michael and the madness runs in the family angle...
It looks better than most of the sequel but story wise....
It seems to be going all over the place.
The mind is like a parachute...it only works when it is open.

Maybe it will just end with that she just made him up in here head. Then it will reveal that she was the one doing all the killings. You know like in High Tension and well it sounds stupid but it sounds like something Rob Zombie would do.

Question: Is Michael going to have a shave before "Halloween 3"?

To those who were hoping that Ghost Mom was cut out--she's back in the extended trailer. Ah, well.

Since I saw the one image of her screaming with little mike behind her I can't shake the image of them, ya know.....it just looks WRONG!
And I thought the shots of the clown mask killer was a flashback were just refilmed with the new kid playing young myers....that doesn't look like Laurie or even a chick to me Uncle Creepy...could be wrong though.

Hmmmm. This could be something, or this could be nothing. I would venture to say we are looking at several dream sequences, but who knows? I'm gonna go on record and say I for one HOPE it's nothing more than a dream. Ghost mom, Laurie joining Michael...where does the obsurdity end??!!

Seriously, could it be that Laurie joins Michael for a killing spree? That would certainly be an interesting twist. Color me officially curious.

I'm with ya Creepy. Even if every other frame of that movie is absolute bollocks, seeing Laurie flip the fuck out and kill with her brother would be worth the price of admission.

I'm with ya man. But I'm leaning more towards it was a nightmare of some kind.
