A couple of updates came through via Twitter today from director Darren Bousman and mad creator Gris Grimly.
San Diego Comic-Con just gets bigger and bigger, but they still find room to include a lot of genre panels and screenings. And they even bring back some of the most popular guests. Like Bousman, who wrote, "Awesome-looks like there will be a REPO showing at Comic Con this year... That, plus MOTHERS DAY plus my secret project all at the Con!" We just love secrets!

One thing that's no secret is how multi-talented Gris Grimly is. The artist/illustrator/filmmaker wrote and directed the short "Cannibal Flesh Riot" (review), which has been out of print for a while. But good news in 140 characters came from Grimly: "Just approved the DVD check discs for Cannibal Flesh Riot! I don't know about you, but I'm excited CFR will be released again on DVD soon!"
