Natalie Portman and Her Black Swan

There's something dirty sounding about the above headline, no? Sometimes I love my job! Following along in the footsteps of Suspiria and C Me Dance comes another supernatural thriller set within the chilling world of ballet!
THR reports that the woman who made many a young Jedi pull their padawans, Natalie Portman, is now attached to star in Darren Aronofsky's latest, Black Swan.
The film centers on a veteran ballerina (Portman) who finds herself locked in a competitive situation with a rival dancer, with the stakes and twists increasing as the dancers approach a big performance. But it's unclear whether the rival is a supernatural apparition or if the protagonist is simply having delusions.
Black Swan, whose script has been compared to The Others, could begin shooting as early as this year.

This may be the first Anarofsky film that I have zero interest in.
Also, wasn't Natalie's name bandied around in regards to the Suspiria remake?
