The Sinful Dwarf is Coming - Sooner than Expected!
Earlier this month Uncle Creepy made a major life milestone in being able to make the announcement "The Sinful Dwarf is Coming!". Well, there’s been a mild change and I get to experience a similar joy; the dwarf is still coming, just sooner than we expected!
This screening is in celebration of the imminent DVD release by Severin Films on March 30th. The film is a gem of Dwarfsploitation (or, Littlepeoplesploitation, for the PC-minded) artfully crafted back in 1973.
Filmmaker David Gregory, one of the co-founders of the Blue Underground distribution label, dropped us an update to let us know that The Sinful Dwarf will have a rare and quite free screening at The Alamo Drafthouse on March 4th; less than a week away! The evening will begin with a showing of Plague Town, which David will present and take the opportunity to give away some free Severin and Dark Sky swag, before rolling into the main feature of The Sinful Dwarf. Now I just need to get to Austin. Awesome!
