We’re just a little over two months away from the 100th episode of “The Walking Dead,” which serves as the show’s Season 8 premiere, and AMC has released a new promo video sharing some of the most memorable moments from the first 99 episodes. Considering what a ratings juggernaut the series has been for the network, is there any doubt we’ll probably make it to at least Episode 200?
